About the event

First Online Artistic Swimming Summer Sport Camp

Get ready for five days packed with artistic swimming drills, tips, and exercises with my online summer camp! This event is perfect for athletes of all levels (from 10 years old to Masters category)! 

Join us for 3 hours (every day) of synchronized swimming fun on July 10th-14th (10 am EDT). 

The event will take place on Zoom. 

During the event, we will be perfecting the basics, learning new techniques, unlocking your creativity, and getting stronger together. 

A special guest Anna-Maria, a nutritionist, will be joining us to provide tips on how to fuel your body for optimal performance during your practice and competitions. 

Pricing starts at $280 for all 5 days. 

If you can't commit to all 5 days, you can always join us on the days of your choice, for $70 a day. 

Coaches are also welcome to join the event! There is a possibility to join all 5 days for the price of $140 or individual days for $35.

The whole event will be recorded and sent out to all participants. That means you can watch it on a later date (if you cannot join in person) and watch it as many times as you wish!

Anna-Maria Volanaki

Registered Sports Nutritionist and Scientist, MSc, SENr, INDI

Anna-Maria has a BSc degree in sports science and physical education and an MSc degree in Applied Sports and Exercise Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK and she is a registered sports nutritionist. She specializes in balanced eating, creating healthy recipes and personalized meal plans, eating before, during, and after training and competition, sustainability, rehydration, and post-exercise recovery.
