Rotations Webinar

Rotations are an extremely valuable and highly scored family of skills in the difficulty table introduced by FINA. That's why it is more important than ever to grasp correct technique and execution of those mersmerazing skills. 

In this workshop, you will learn the secrets of swirls, spins, twirls, twists, combined spins and unbalanced rotations from an experienced coach. You will learn the proper technique and form for each skill, as well as drills on land and in the water to help you improve your execution. We will be looking at those skills from different angles and even from under the water! 

Whether you are an experienced artistic swimmer or coach or just starting out, this workshop will help you take your skills to the next level.

This is a two hours event that will take place on the 17th of June (Saturday) at 10 am EST (5pm CEST; 11am EDT). 

The event will be recorded and the link will be sent out to all the participants. Therefore, you can still watch and re-watch the video even if you could not attend the live webinar.

The price for a two hour, packed with knowledge event is $40.
