Service Description

Book your 40 minutes trial land training for free to gain some insight on my coaching philosophy and my coaching style. This session is for athletes from all age categories and levels of proficiency in the sport. The session will include tips, drills and exercises targeting the areas you are struggling with or need some guidance on how to achieve your goal. It can cover all kinds of flexibility, strengthening and conditioning exercises specifically crafted for artistic swimmers' needs. It can include barracuda drills on land that can be transferred to the water. Or answers to questions on most common problems encountered in the sport. It can include mental training tools that will boost your performance. Or tips and drills on increasing your sharpness or flow of the moves.
