First Online Artistic Swimming Christmas Sport Camp

Five days fully packed with specially designed drills, skills, strength and flexibility exercises for artistic swimmers that can be done on land. 

All exercises will be tailored to all age groups with appropriate progressions and tips on how to best perform each skill. 

Additionally, nutrition information for artistic swimmers' needs during training and competition days will be discussed.

Attending all five and individual days is possible! Pick your days when filling out your registration form. 

Whole event will be recorded and send out to all the participants.
